Additionally, I hold an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor, with a minor in Psychology. My lifelong fascination with the human body and its functionality, coupled with my passion for helping people achieve their optimal well-being, has been a driving force in my journey.

Growing up with an active lifestyle, I’ve personally experienced the frustration of injuries and the uncertainty of how to address them.
